Privacy at Kaze Corporation
Last updated 15 August 2026
Scope
This policy explains how Kaze Corporation handles personal information submitted through this website, Kaze One and our service relationships. Different or additional notices may apply to a signed client engagement.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation, service interests, enquiry content, account and authentication information, portal activity, documents you choose to provide, support records and basic technical information required to operate and secure the service.
How information is collected
We generally collect information directly from you when you submit an enquiry, create or use a Kaze One account, communicate with our team or enter a service agreement. We may also receive authorised account information from your organisation or from service providers used to deliver authentication, hosting and communications.
Why we use and disclose it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve services, administer accounts, verify identity, control access, maintain security and audit records, communicate about an engagement, meet contractual obligations and comply with applicable law. We disclose information only where reasonably required for these purposes, where you direct us to do so, or where disclosure is authorised or required by law.
Service providers and overseas handling
Kaze uses selected providers for hosting, database services, authentication and business operations. A provider may process information outside Australia. We assess access arrangements and seek contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved.
Security and retention
We use role-based access, product entitlements, multi-factor authentication for privileged accounts, encrypted connections and server-side access checks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, security, dispute resolution, contractual records or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or raise a privacy concern by emailing [email protected]. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to verify your identity. We will acknowledge a complaint and respond within a reasonable period.
Your choices
You can choose not to provide optional information. Some account or service functions cannot operate without information that is reasonably necessary to verify identity, provide access or respond to your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
